Order Processing Time

After your order is placed successfully and has cleared credit card authorization, you will receive an order confirmation by email within 1-2 days and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation can be made.  

Order cut-off day is EST 12:00 noon, most of the orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days* after the order confirmation is issued. You will receive a tracking number for your order after the shipping label is created. It may take additional processing time around special holidays.  

Please double and even triple check your delivery address as we are not responsible for packages delivered to any invalid address i.e. incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered to the address you provided and is returned to sender, we are not responsible for any arisen shipping charges or fees and please be noted that we do not ship to P.O. Box.   We're happy to ship your package back to a different address if the order is returned to sender, but you will be responsible to cover shipping costs for reshipment. 

We offer Free Shipping on each order over $50 within the contiguous states in U.S. 

For Wholesale/Private Label Order, delivery days will be base on the volume and lead-time, so further communication will be required and please contact us through the Contact Us page.

Defective Order

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us through Contact Us page immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a possible solution.

Damage in transit order

If you received a damaged package, please contact us in 48 hours upon receiving your order along with photos to prove the damage and provide the details as well to favcandleboca@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day*.  We have a process that intends to bring resolution to all potential transportation failure/issues timely and accurate communication/action are controlled to maintain the established process, our goal is to bring provide a good shopping experience to our customers.
