Purchases made on favcandle.com may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if the product is unused, and in new and original condition.

FAV Candles does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 business days upon receiving the returned product.
